This discussion say 6-8 ones are not magneto and may be for 1919 cars with clear lens.

They seem similar to those used in the 1916 Maxwell, mine still has a pair in its flat lensed headlamps.

I'd like to see the base in detail. The business end looks like some mag bulbs I've used.

They certainly are of early manufacture. It did not take bulb makers too long before they went to eliminating the pimple in the globe bowl and shifting it to the tail of the bulb, where it was covered by the socket.

Took a look, and the ones I have are smaller, by National Mazda.

If both bulbs in Tad's photo have the same base, they will both fit a 1915 socket. I'm not saying they're both mag bulbs, because there are bulbs with the same base that don't make good mag bulbs. The last I knew that included the product sold by Model T parts dealers as a mag bulb. It will fit but is uselessly dim.

Nope, not like any mag bulb I've ever used.
Any bulbs I've ever used in mag lights had even pins and two contacts 90º from the pins.
