Maybe the stork bought a T to deliver babies! that is odd, but the monkey on the fender on another pic is odd to.

#14 - Cute little ranch kids, 1939 somewhere in Wyoming, a well-used ‘26-7 roadster, with a good, solid top. You know Dad is in the cattle business, the tire cover is a promotion for Denver Stockyards as a shipping point. No need to go to Omaha or Chicago, reach markets anywhere in the country from “dead center !”.

I love seeing the side-histories these photos imply !! Thanks again, Tom, these collections always make my day !!

I really like seeing the (real deal )T’s that are really being used and driven. I’m glad these get shown and that the pictures survived. We some times forget that was people did get them dirty, have wrecks and not washing them down on a regular basis. I can only wonder what our modern day vehicles would look like in the Model T era with not really nice roads like we have today. Thanks for the great photos of Model T’s in daily life!

Photo number five.
The blur in the top near middle of the photo appears to be a fast horse and rider. The people and cars are parked and standing around either a road with a curve or a race track. The people looking all directions indicate it isn't a serious race, however, whatever it is may have been connected to a county fair? Maybe the horse is coming up for auction?
Whatever the event is? The closeup image looks very much like a Cupie Doll, which were made in many poses, including sitting. Cupie Dolls were often handed out as prizes for games played at fairs and arcades in those days. (Maybe technically not a "Cupie" doll as they were often naked, but some were made more modest?)

Era photos are so interesting. Usually something going on. Where was the photo taken from? An announcer's lookout? A second floor or rooftop of a building not shown? And why are so many people clustered around in a small area looking all directions with a fast horse galloping by? And why is Cupie sitting on the hood?
