Dreamin' of summer

The holidays are over, it's cold- very cold, and many cars are getting work done, including mine, with parts scattered on the table. Summer is many months away but will be here before we know it, especially with a timetable and project car...
So what did you do with your T's during the warmer weather?

This was my first year of active participation and touring with my car.
Last spring, i did some driving in our 25 touring. This helped me greatly with driving up hills, managing the car through different terrain, and just plain fun!

I enjoyed being able to participate and helping with our local swap meet in may and hope to do it again. I found an engine and radiator that I installed on my T.

I just about lost the T when a tree collapsed on the empty rental house and garage this spring. A small branch came through the garage celing right above the car, but didn't do any damage to the T. Luckily the damage was repaired and the house is getting fixed up to sell. During that time, i did some work on the engine and transmission, including installing it myself in the T.

Right now, it IS nice to look at pictures of green trees and T's. Except when they fall on your garage. :o I bet that was a nail biter until you opened the door and saw the T was OK! I just received the first two tires from Blockley. I plan to be ready to roll when the weather turns.

I got pretty worried when i saw half the tree was over the garage too. I didn't have any insurance on it at the time either, so I lucked out there!
