If you have registered expect an email from our registrar Ross regarding our banking information.
Due to increased banking procedures on money laundering and fraud our bank will not let us deposit cheques made out in the tour name.
They have to be made out to our club name.

I have "voided" all the checks and will be e mailing a photo of each cheque to each of you personally.. If you wish yours shredded, just let me know and it will be done.

Are any activities scheduled for Sunday or does it just start out with a tour on Monday.

Sunday is an open day, with registration and orientation. aAMeet & Greet type of day.

We have a meet & greet scheduled at the Ag Grounds.
A drop in affair in the afternoon with food & entertainment .... maybe even some ice cream!!
