…And I’ll bet they’re wearing neck ties. Interesting non isinglass rear window and probly has top saddle bracket plugs installed.

A great look at the rarely seen back end of the model T!
Five panel rear tub, crowned rear fenders, could be anywhere from early 1917 model up to a 1921 (1921 could be either five panel or three panel touring car body). Oil tail lamp indicates no electric starter.
Accessories include H&D style shock absorbers, after-market window/light in the rear curtain, I suspect the entire top may have been a replacement? Notice, that although the body irons are in place, there are no hangers or saddles for the top to fold down onto. Also an electric tail or brake lamp alongside the oil lamp.

One more detail. It has a small pipe coming out from the muffler! Most likely a 1917.

The pic doesn't fool ME! Those loafers are talking baseball scores, while laying in the shade under the cars! If you were expecting some productive work, you will be waiting a long time!
