Making some progress on my Dayton wire wheels

I have a set of Dayton wheels that I am going to use on my 26 speedster. The pins were really worn and there was some wear to the holes. To fix this I made new slightly larger pins and cut the holes to fit. To make sure I cut the holes in the right position, I made a jig that aligned to the center of the wheel and placed the holes in the right location. I used hardened drill guides to position a round end mill cutter to open up the existing holes. They came out quite well. I need to finish up some work on the new rear hubs I made and then the rear end can go together.
