You can remove that old tape with Naptha (aka lighter fluid) without damaging, or discoloring the paper. Put on enough to get under the tape and let it do its’ work. No need to rub. After short time the tape will easily come off. Don’t hurry it or try to remove prematurely. May require several applications as Naptha evaporates quickly. You might want to lightly and gently rub to remove any remaining adhesive after the cellophane has been removed.

I wonder if page eleven implies that Ford will also sell a chassis if you request one.
