Weather permitting we, the wife and I, will ride our '21 Touring over to her sister and brother-in-law's for a cook out. If it rains I'll just watch one of
Steve Jelf's ride along videos like I have many times before. Thanks again Steve.

I will be with the San Diego club on the Coronado Parade. It is usually a huge event with close to half a million people on the island and a parade that lasts about 3 1/2 hours. Fortunately they put the Model Ts in the 26th in the first group, there are ten groups. We occasionally loose one to overheating, hopefully we’ll be lucky this year.

Planning on doing the Homedale Idaho parade at 9am, then going to Wilder Idaho for the 11am parade, the clubs theme there will be in honor of a founding brother Pete Burril who passed this past year, Theme 'For Pete's Sake" his hometown was Wilder Idaho.

Like any other day, I'll drive Lizzie to check on the irrigation, then maybe a joyride around the neighborhood just for fun.

Two parades. Brookfield in the morning with the Mayor, Shorewood in the afternoon. Then ice cream.

Will be in the Elks parade in Carmichael with the Sacramanto Valley Model T Club

I plan to be in Coronado parade with Tony. We are usually toward the front of the parade and when we reach the end, we remove our decorations and drive down the strand and have lunch together. By the time we get back to Coronado, the parade is over and we can find our way back home. Coronado is on an Island west of San Diego There are two U.S. Navy bases there so quite a patriotic parade. The island is connected on the south end by a sandy strand of sand called "Silver Strand". which extends south almost to the Mexican border. There is a highway along this strand.

If I have time. We have some friends coming over for dinner and I'll have to shovel out the house first.

We are driving the touring today to a picnic for my Daughter Sally and tomorrow in a small town parade at Menan, ID. 50 some years of larger parades got a bit tedious for us.

I plan to take my 1911 to the Corbett parade and my son plans to drive my 1915.

We have a very small parade in the town of Home near where we live - it runs along the waterfront about 6 blocks, takes a sharp left turn on 10th where the local Fire Dept. hands out pancakes & sausages for everyone ! Our local Dr.'s brass band is usually playing on the grass at one of the routes' front yard - small & lots of fun - this photo was in the line-up last year - tomorrow we'll take the '14 Touring.

Loaded up and ready to go to Summerhaven AZ for the parade through town. At 7,700' elevation it is a lot cooler than Tucson. Burgers and hot dogs at Rose Canyon lake after.

I wasn't planning to but Maw brought it up again a little while ago tonight. I told her to leave me be for awhile tomorrow so I can rewire him to correct, lose the small battery and try to wake the ignition again so we can Toodle. She likes Toodling in the T's.
She told me she's not going to leave me be. What the?

I do need to get the Runabouts sorted and running again for the year.
Dormant case of antique tractor gets in the way along with life and she rattles me about the tractors too sometimes.
The '18 IS licensed/insured Duane... Duh.

I did take my flag-bedecked T out this AM. After about three miles it dropped a cylinder. It's either plugs or coils - in another post I asked for Ron Patterson's contact information so that I can send my coils to him for rebuilding.

The second parade this year for my T roaster pickup is today, July 4. It's a blast seeing reactions from a crowd; old, young and in between.

My wife and I had two grandsons with us in the 1911 in the Corbett, Oregon parade.
My son drove my 1915. Then we drove on up to Crown Point. Happy Independence Day!

I fired up my 1912----put some air in the tires and went to the Granville parade, one of the best in the area. I like watching parades more than driving in one so we parked in the shade along the route and had tons of people walk over to admire an old car. First time out, this year---ran perfectly! paul

Plan was to take the grand kids for a ride but the ones who wanted the ride were out of town for a ball tournament and it just got now.

Great parade - great turn-out & weather - what's better than free pancakes & sausage at the end ?

Couple more - the pirate ship was loaded with little pirates - great fun !

41 years in a row at the Hadley Mi. parade.

We drove the 09 to the next town today for its first ever car show. Didn't register it so no plastic prize to collect dust but lots of people thanked us for letting them sit in it for pictures and getting to see it crank started, ect. It was a good first drive out of town since the rod was installed last week.

Took the wife for nice sunset cruise this evening in the 26 Roadster and she really enjoyed it.

Someone posted this picture on Facebook of us in downtown Logansport headed out of town to go to Walton for the car show. Pretty cool to see yourself through the eyes of others!
