Oil on plugs

Had a small show to go to today, I noticed some oil on my sparkplugs, Is this normal? The car does not smoke at all.

Oil on the outside of the plugs or inside around the electrode?

Leaking around the threads or from the crimp of the base to porcelain? Its a mix of fuel & oil before combustion.
Threads can be sealed with a bit of anti seize. I prefer the conductive stuff. Mine is aluminum based.
There is a copper version also.
