Lessons Learned Today

Lesson #1: You cannot remove the steering shaft from a 1925 touring with the top up.

Lesson #2: You do not need to go to the trouble of putting the top down when installing the new steering shaft due to the now conveniently placed hole.

Oh no! I hope the soon to be installed patch in your top fits in well with the rest of the car's patina. :o

Well, it's directly over the back seat so the only people that are going to notice it are semi-truck drivers, so I'm not too bent out of shape about it; I try to avoid roads with too many semi's. :)

The top is in somewhat questionable shape anyway so it's time to start shopping for a new top . . .
