Which is better, the ruckstell shifter with the C like the clutch release fork or the fork with the two pins and the rollers on the pins?
I know the rollers on the pins can develop flat spots and stop rolling.

My opinion; Many prefer the one with pins, long nose, because it allows them to preselect which function the unit is going in to. The long nose one also has more value. The rollers are hardened so should not be an issue for a long time if worn ones are replaced.
