My 1926 Roadster Pickup is 100 years old this month.
I drove it to the beach then drove it home in the rain.

Wife wanted better security before venturing out more into the city. So, installed this.

I’ve been working on the upholstery for my 27 touring.
So far so good. Now on to the hard part, the backrests.

While I keep getting distracted (like normal) I have made some progress getting engines ready to reassemble.

Just registered the 26 fordor and planning a short ride in April for my buddy's Mom who will also turn 100 and looking forward to a spring ride in the T, what a nice milestone.
Would like to thank the MTFCA for maintaining this website, with out it almost all the large and small parts and pieces would have been very hard to locate and find to keep this T on the road.

Cleaning, stripping rust & old paint, and repainting all the various small chassis/body parts.
Now I'm eyeballing my firewall, an original in solid condition, but finish worn down to bare wood in spots. Thinking I'll try repairing, bleaching, cleaning, prepping, lightly sand and refinish vs buying a new one. I vacillated back & forth with leaving as is, and given I can only sand so deep I figure even pre-prep won't eliminate a lot of blemish so a refinish certainly won't look perfect, but neither do I want to leave a lot of the veneer to be unprotected, already several sections pealing at the edge. Humid coastal air and all won't be good unprotected. Heck, it'll have character!!
Digging out my wood clamps.... time I have...
