Please identify this wire wheel

Looking for information on the manufacturer of these wheels. They have an odd tapered hubcap.

To my eye, it says "Universal Welding Co".

Wheel photos posted show a bit different style, Maybe Universal Welding did a later design change to the wheel lug mounts?
Or?? Universal Hubs were used to mount different wire wheels without lugs? As those hubs are missing lugs and just have bolt heads to cover the holes

Thank you Dan. The “Universal Wire Wheels” you show use a stock Ford wood wheel hub. They were the same design as what John McClaren used with his wheels. The style that I have shown must be very rare as I’ve never seen them before.
