The picture has a lot of spots, maybe one of our resident photography experts can help with those? I would suspect damage to the negative before this copy was printed as the cause. Dark spots, like splashed ink, onto the negative come out in the print as white spots in the picture.
Regardless, a nice look at a nearly new early '11. I zoomed in (love the detail!), and it looks to me like the brake handle is brass plated! I think that feature ended soon thereafter. Of course we cannot see the front axle, however the rear wheel hub has the hubcap out a ways from the hub indicating the early straight axle which held the wheel on with a pin held in place by the hubcap. That feature and the one-piece spindles ended fairly earl in 1911 as I recall.

Many years ago, I found a negative in an antique shop that had been dropped on probably a concrete floor, maybe with sand on it? It had a couple dozen dimples pressed into the negative. But it showed a car I wanted to see the picture of, so I had a copy printed. The dimples looked just about like all those little white spots in the photo. Just a (maybe) interesting side-note.

In records from The Carriage Museum of America, from the 1898 American Carriage Directory, Amos E Wenger was a wagon maker in Sporting Hill, Pa. It looks like he saw the writing on the wall, and branched out into autos, thirteen years later!

Great detail picture!

Nice reference for pinstriping. Notice the hood does not have"boxes", there is no striping on the fenders (look at the reflection) and there are no stripes on the heel panel under the front seat.
