Rootleib still has them listed in their catalog.
Maybe they have them in stock.

Speedsters are, in the most, custom builds. As such, the best fit may be a custom made item. It is not hard to make an aluminium wedge to suit your particular application. There is nothing quite like having a go at it.

I just fabricate and machine my own for a proper fit.

In old #4 the original was made out of hardwood. It was probably usable as is but we just duplicated it out of hardwood. Simple and easy.

So, using a ready made wedge will dictate where the column ends up sitting. That seams a little backwards to me.
My Duncan and Fraser built wide body roadster came with a lowered steering column which was also displaced outwards, from the factory where it was built. Having done a few, no doubt they could make the wedges beforehand, ready to go. But, the first one had to be a custom made one. Along with the wedge, the steering column flange features a wooden doughnut of quite complicated dimensions, thicker at the top and thicker on one side. The hole in the original steel firewall was closed and a new rectangular one cut lower down and displaced 3/4" to the outside. No doubt they had developed a template to cut the hole and drill the column bolt holes.
