Can someone more knowledgable than I am please identify this sediment bowl.

The drain petcock with the screw in retainer is an indicator of an early piece. They can work loose, and if fitted to the pan, one can quickly lose a lot of oil.

This link has 1911-12 torpedo bulb, the cigar shaped one, and the typical '09-'10 screw in brass one, the valve body with lever is separate piece.

Yours seems to be iron? Or is it brass bulb? The hex fitting below the threads is interesting.

Don't know enough on early Fords if this is a transition to the 1911, which is riveted to the gas tank, without a built in lever shutoff like your part.

Probably non-Ford. Pipe thread into the tank was common in the industry.

I don’t think it’s Ford either. The cylindrical cast iron housing where the bronze valve operates gives it away. Also, the early sediment bulbs were cast bronze and didn’t have the hex fitting for a wrench.

Without digging through pics is looks the same or similar to what ford used pre-t. Actually, pre-NRS. Pretty sure they just bought them off the shelf somewhere, it could work very well for an A, B, C, and F. It would be worth some digging on the EFR site. As others said , it would work very well on many 1900-07 or 8ish autos.

This is a model F ford sediment bulb. I made one of these tanks years ago, but forget which . I think this is rob heyens baby now. If you want to sell, I think I have a friend that would buy it.

Today I needed to move the 09 and noticed that the sediment bowl is round and about the size of a large walnut but I didn't see a shut off on it. It is mounted outside the frame and no room to reach between it and the frame so it will need another look on a cooler day and no way for me to know if it is correct for an 09. Another item I had not given any thought to before this post came up.

A 1909 sediment bulb, taken at show, award winner. The shut off valve is a threaded on separate item, same as the petcock. All brass.

After seeing Dans picture it made me go out and get a picture of what I have. Other than the newer style shut off and fuel filter it looks the same as Dans picture. Yes mine is brass too.
