Short Visit to the MTFCA Museum
Last week I drove my daily driver to Carlisle, PA for their annual "Chryslers at Carlisle" car show. On the way out, I made a brief stop at the MTFCA museum to check out the recent improvements to the museum and annex. I got there as they were wrapping up the dedication of the road improvements around the museum. Many thanks to Susan and all of the museum staff and local members who have put so much effort into the museum improvements. It is clear that the town of Richmond has embraced the museum and made it the centerpiece of the historic district.

Thanks for the pix, Mark.
That modern red engine stand looks out of place in the Garage. Someone needs to donate a K R Wilson stand.

Thanks for sharing the photos. I'm a bit further away and haven't been there yet. I always love seeing what they have been doing.

Re: Short Visit to the MTFCA Museum
The museum truly does belong to the membership. We need to thank all the volunteers for the job they have done over the last 4 years or so. The seminars and homecoming are more than worth a trip to the museum. I encourage everyone to make the trip next June to the Homecoming. The tours are first rate and you do get to meet some of the finest people there. And as an added bonus you get to see an original painting from the Forum Famous artist Rich Eagle which hangs in the library. Also worth noting that Steve Jelf and Dean Yoder are usually to be found wondering around the Museum campus.
