Horn repair
Is anybody repairing horns? I reached out to several folks who were, but aren't anymore. Many thanks for any contact information.

Re: Horn repair
What kind of horn, and what's wrong with it? Maybe it's a simple problem you could fix yourself.

Re: Horn repair
According to your profile you have a 1920 T which would have used a magneto horn. Is that the one you need help with?

Bill Randall-The Horn Shop, 7129 Rome-Oriskany Rd, Rome NY 13440. three one five, double 3 six, double 8 four one. I've met him at car shows and his work appears first rate. Unless he has retired, that is where I'd begin. Best, jb

Re: Horn repair
I have a magneto horn.
I need someone to look at it, specifically to be able to get inside, without me damaging it due to rusty screws, etc.
By the way, I contacted both places this weekend. Both are no longer in business.

Re: Horn repair
Hate to hear that the guys who were doing the horn repair are out of business. Hopefully others are doing it.

Re: Horn repair
There is no great demand for magneto horns and you could likely buy a nice one for what it would cost to repair yours.
