The T guys in Argentina have a pretty active FB page. There are also some T folks in Mexico, but I don't remember the name of the club.

You didn't mention the French - check out Ford-t.fr and their excellent annual Concentration event in June.
And there's Alt Ford Freunde on Germany.

Toon, ik vroeg me ook af waarom zijn voorbeelden zo beperkt waren. De websites van zowel MTFCA als MTFCI hebben lijsten met namen en contactadressen van legio internationale T-Ford clubs. Hoop dat alles goed gaat met jullie.

I am a member of the Model T Ford Club of Victoria, Australia. We have around 160 members and have regular monthly meetings and events. This year our club will host the Model T National Tour in Ballarat Victoria which will likely see about 150 Ts participate.

One country that was part of the British empire, supplied from Ford of Canada and rated as the pre-T biggest customer and then one of the largest in the T era which seems to have faded to oblivion, Was, Ford Automobiles of India, have enough survived and interest to have a club?
