Model T driving lessons today

Post by thom » Sun Aug 04, 2019 6:46 pm

This afternoon we took our '21 Touring to a church parking lot near our house and my son, age 35 and his two oldest boys, ages 12 and 9 drove it. His 2 year old loves riding in it too. My daughter in law wouldn't try it. Maybe next time. The boys loved it everybody did great. The 9 year old had a little trouble reaching the pedals though. My wife still hasn't tried it either, but will one day when no one else is around.

Check out the look of intense concentration on everybody's face. My wife and talked about the boys starting school again in a couple of weeks and we hope the teachers ask them what they did this summer. The 9 year old made the comment " I just drove a car almost 11 times as old as I am." :D

Fantastic! That's what we do eh? Teach 'em.
Oh my gosh, the lines I just deleted about teaching my wife to drive.
