TT rear hubs
The threads on my 26TT rear hubs are pretty boogered up. Is there a tool or a way to fix them or do I just go without hub caps? I bought a hub puller before I got the truck home in anticipation of needing it to pull the rear wheels. The wheels came right off so didn't need it. It is a good thing because it wouldn't screw on far enough to do any good.

They’re not rare. I have several...
I don’t know why I turned out this way. My parents were decent people

Re: TT rear hubs
The rear hubs are 16 TPI.
Yes, and if you don’t already have a set of these -
- you ought to get a set.
They can clean up about any external thread from about 8-32 TPI. They work like a file using any remaining thread grooves for alignment. Just work your way around the hub til you get it cleaned up.
I believe amazon even has them now.
