Hey Dennis!
I've seen them before. I think they are an aftermarket accessory for later style front spring perches.
The cap part goes on top of the perch and the u bolt part goes around the bottom of the radius rod.
I don't know their purpose though!

Thanks for the tip Ed, but I still can’t figure out how it would work or have any purpose.

Dennis,
The loop end goes over the front axle spring perch, behind the axle and the bottom clamps under the wishbone. I have several photo but am not sure how to post them. My best Ms. Martha.
Happy New Year,
Dom

Those are a nice pair of accessory wishbone supports.
Another hand around the wish bone is handy on the Ford! Purpose is to relieve pounding at the perch nut and the wishbone eye, if the nut gets loose, that eye will wear oversize and the axle is then loose from the wishbone and can lead to the famous and stimulating
Ford Front End Wobble of both front wheels
Your set has left and right castings to go around the wishbone tube, best support. The formed loop goes around the spring perch.
This version just used a plate to anchor the formed rods around the perch.....
Another type, this is on my '23, a forging clamps to lower axle channel, and fingers wrap over the wishbone tubing.
