looks close to Model T but never seen one like this could it be Metz or star ?? any ideas, Bob

Just the exhaust manifold from a vaporizer carb assembly . Common for 1927 Model T Ford

I believe its for a Simmons vaporizer.

there is no opening's in the back it is all solid , strange

Bob is right, of course. :D Ford part numbers begin at 2500. The Ford part number for a Vaporizer manifold is 6272, and the factory number is 4483C. It's not a Model T Ford part.

After market manifold to fit Model T Ford. Most likely works similar to a vaporizer.

As Jim noted, could be this one.....there were so many different aftermarket vaporizers offered.
