Classique Roof Kits
In the near future I'll be looking to buy a roof kit for my 26 coupe. Has anyone boughten one from classique? I hear nothing but good things about their upholstery kits. Were you satisfied and your thoughts about this kit? Thanks

Re: Classique Roof Kits
There are none better! I have bought at least 10 of their top kits. Everything you need is included. No extras to buy. I don't know how many upholstery kits I have bought from them, those are great also. They are always willing to help if you have questions. They will answer the phone. I have been using their kits for 25+ years.

Mike Francis is the new owner. He is a great guy. He buys binding from me for his kits. He took over the business from Elizabeth who was the original owner. She travels the country now installing those kits for people who can't figure out how to do it!

Just finished installing a Classtique. Went well. Here is the description: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3803 Had to think about it and go slowly. The 2-3 weekends estimate for completion was about how long it took although I had 2 month interruptions. Not particularly difficult but it is a lot of steps and you have to go slow. I used fabric glue instead of stitching to speed things up.

I too am a happy customer of Mike's. I'm very happy with the top kit I bought from him for my 1913 touring. Very high quality materials, and a great guy to deal with!
