In the winter of 1929 was in this area a sea (souther sea), boats where frozen in and left empty with people, robbers use a model T to steel goods from the boat, but sank true the ice and lost the truck.
The dutch make dikes around the area and pump the water away in the 60th and found the truck back
Nobody never knew who where the robbers because the license plates where not there
Nice old dutch story regarding the model T

Even better, looks like a TT. Rear axle looks like work drive and frame is heavier. Ok I read the whole thing. Its a truck. :ugeek:

This story was in the Vintage Ford sometime in the mid to late 70's I think. I don't have time to check the old index right now.
