TT rear tire options

Getting ready to start looking for rear rubber for the truck. Need tires, tubes and flaps. Are there any options out there under $600. This truck will not see alot of highway use. Mostly around the neighborhood and shows/parades. Suggestions!

What size ? I have 4-6.00 X 20", look to be unused...
Are you going to Hershey ?
