Cal Cams

Post by tselliott » Wed Sep 25, 2019 11:35 pm

Does anyone know anything about Cal Cams?
I was looking through some Model T parts I have and notice a camshaft that had “Cal Cams 256 Brad” marked on it.
I measured the lift at .276. I suppose “Brad” was the Cam grinder.

Any information is appreciated,
Scott

Hi Tom- Cal Cams was located in Oakland, CA for many years and Brad was the original owners son. They have been out of business quite some time. Their cams were always decent quality and performed well. Although the business is gone, I'm still using several of their old grinds on my cams.
If you want more info, send me an e-mail. I may be able to get you specs for that grind.

Dan
