Do not know if I still have it but I had a mag coil ring that was a couple inches smaller diameter than one for a T. Bolt holes were different also. Any ideas ?
I may still have it packed away somewhere in a box.

What year/model Fordson? Some Fordson tractors use a mag coil ring that looks identical to T coil ring, except that it is mounted to the Fordson engine block by three evenly spaced bolts instead of four. Knew a guy years ago that thought he had gotten a great coil ring for his T until he went to install it.

I also had one myself without any coils on it, so I got to compare it with a T coil ring. Had the flywheel too. Slightly different but almost the same as a T flywheel. I think I gave them to a tractor guy many years ago.
How about a picture of the mystery coil ring? Could possibly be a '09? They are slightly smaller, but not much.

You can go to the Fordson tractor site and get an idea what a Fordson mag ring looks like. I had one and sold mine to them. They were glad to get it for a core rebuild.

Way e... “Slightly different but almost the same as a T Flywheel”..?? A Fordson Model F Flywheel is 3”-4” thick and will weigh well over 100 lbs.
