What tool to chamfer transmission cams?

Greetings Model T brothers, What tool can I to use chamfer the transmission cams for the o-ring trick? I do not have a lathe. -- IV

I use a pneumatic die grinder with the fine grit triangular shaped stone. Level the piece in a vise, take your time and test fit often. Not as precise as some machine work I've seen but it gets the job done.

Just a stone will do the job, place in your elec. grinder, or a elec. drill would work, although the drill motor will run at a much slower speed.

A stone will jump around less than a cheap conical large tooth cutter tool, unless you have the right speed and lube.

Thanks for the advice on depth Dan. I plan to use this stunt when I rebuild my hog's head, but I've never seen anything on depth.
