Duct Hunt with the T

Post by Graybeard77 » Sat Oct 26, 2019 6:30 am

Out here in Kansas for the Model T duck hunt today. Don’t know what it is but sure it will be fun with the “T”. Have a blessed day. Clyde.

It will be fun. Gary and Chris are good event planners. Wish I could go, but both cars are grounded.

Just finished the duck hunt. Had a blast. We met several people for the first time. Chris and his Dad did a great job. We plan on coming back in the spring for the Memorial Day tour. Will head back to Springfield in the morning. Clyde.

We had a great day, with 12 cars - 11 Model T's and a 1909 Buick. It's a Model T-era event for pre-1928 vehicles. Interestingly we had 5 roadster pickups - 3 1926, 1 1925, and a 1914. Here are a few photos - mostly from Verne Shirk.

Harley Schlotterbeck came the most prepared for duck hunting.

There were people in Conn. talking about the duck hunt this weekend.
Sounds like a great idea.
