While not opening the post itself, I ran the subject of the Vietnamese message through Google Translate. It came out as "Share two ways to play football betting faint always win!" Okay, I get the odd reasoning behind spamming: "If one person in a hundred responds, that's still one percent and if we send thousands and thousands of spam messages, we'll eventually get hundreds of responses." But in Vietnamese?? Makes as much sense here as the regular emails I get in Turkish....

Anyone else get phone messages from someone in Chinese? I have had 3 so far, had to play it back several times to believe it the first time.

I got one from the Social Security office in Tehran Iran. That is what caller ID said. I did not know we had one there. Must be part of that”Win the hearts and minds” deal?

I get one in Chinese about once a month. I called em back once. I am able to tell the in mandarin that I don’t understand Chinese but that didn’t help. It’s just a random call.
I have one that was bugged me about 410 dollars for a blood work up.
They just keep asking me how I wanted to pay it.
I told em finally that my lawyer is working with the D.A. To take care of it now that I have their phone number.
But why do those idiots keep thanking me for staying in all those hotels and resorts that I could never afford?
I was bothered some time ago about extended warrantee for my car.
I finally gave in to them. When I told them 1948 Nash Ambassador they just hung up.???
They never called back!?, it’s been over 10 years...???
