I'm a Model A guy, but met someone who's grandfather had a copy of this ad from 1908. Would any of you have one of these ads or be able to tell me something about it?
I know the "New Ford" (my 1928 Tudor Sedan) was in every paper in the country in Dec. 1, 1927, but I know nothing about early advertising of the old Ford.

That would be before the T so the car might be a model S.

Wow. Thanks. I'd thought 1908, Model T, but had not thought about the month of release.

Ford worked a strong newspaper advertising program with their dealers.
Here is another "Cheaper Than A Horse" add.
May/June period of 1908, Winona, Minnesota
