Can any old car buffs identify some item

I just got a load of T parts in and some other parts were also here, trying to identify some
3 cranks large has # 9828-c
medium crank has 9802-d plus symbol
small crank has 91747-1 r
pair of arms 48-3032
pulley has no markings

The gooseneck items are Ford v8 35/6 ford bolts that hold the wishbone to the axle, some of the brake linkage and the shock. The piece with threads and a pulley hub appears to be an adulterated model t crankshaft pulley or something like it. Those hand cranks, least one looks like a Wisconson v4 engine crank.

I believe that 2 of the starting cranks (91747 and 9802) are International Harvester, the one has the IHC logo, as to what engine I could not say.

The long crank handle In the last picture looks like a late 40"s to mid 50"s Wisconsin single cylinder motor hand crank.
