***Decker locking steering wheel***

I have read all of the MTFCA posts I could find on Decker steering wheel locks. None of them look like mine. They are locks you add to your steering wheel, mine is built into its own steering wheel.
All of the ones in the post photos are separate from the wheel. Mine is a wheel with the lock built into one of the arms of the spider. The Ford steering case is still present. Same question as all the others? How do I get the darn thing off? It is in the security position which means the steering wheel turns, but not the front wheels of the car. I do not have a key but it does take one. There is kind of a "button" on the center of the spider that might pop out, but I do not want to break anything. I could maybe just unscrew the steering case ??? Anyone have one like this??? THANKS !
