Hi all, I have been watching this forum for over a year now. I am 18 and new to the Model T; having only had one for nearly three years. It truly is an affliction. I have already rebuilt the front/rear ends, engine and reworked the whole body, all according to the MTFCA manuals and the ford service manual. I posted in the classifieds looking for either an original set of AC or Rocky Mountain brakes for my 23 touring.
Thank you,
Joshua

How wonderful you enjoy this. I started on Ts when I was 16 and have found it the greatest pastime.
It looks like you are on the right track. If we can be of any help just ask.
Rich

Nice job!
I was 14 when I started and most of the T owners were really old then. Now almost 50 years later most of the T owners are still really old.
Where in Michigan are you?

Wow! I believe this guy is on the right track and doing a wonderful job going by the pics. And what’s amazing he is actually reading the Ford manuals! Not to be sarcastic but they really do help and it’s great to see a younger person getting involved with Model T’s.
I have to ask Joshua but how good is the radiator. Hope it’s a good one but if it’s an original just be aware you might spend to much on it. Just because it might look good they can fool you.
Good luck and welcome aboard!

John, I am rather certain the radiator is original, it has been on there at least 63 years as I am the third owner. Prior to restoration I drove it approximately 500 miles in one summer. It only boiled over once due to a water pump. (Which is now hanging on the wall). Thanks for asking.

Awesome!
I will have a set of large drum Rockies with drums for sale coming up soon. I just ordered some new linings for them. I'll put those new linings in this spare set when I take mine off to replace the linings. They are Missing a few of the bits but nothing that couldn't be fabricated or acquired from the vendors.
You've got a ways to go but it looking good so far.
What else do you need?

Thanks for the offer Jeff, but another member told me about Larry Sidmore's AC brakes. I kind of like the idea of being able to stop while going up an incline and will order a set.
