No new sources, you will have to salvage from another tank.

Actually Ed, the gas tanks are made in the U.S. - bad news is no one is reproducing '26-'27 cowl tanks !

As far as I know, no one is making 26/27 cowl fuel tanks. So no new production of the fitting the sediment bowl goes into. You could salvage one from a bad tank, or fabricate your own. The thread is 1/2 inch pipe thread. You would have to make up some type of collar to fit the pipe thread piece to the tank. The metal is thin, so the part would have to be soldered or brazed to the tank.

Hey Steve, who is the manufacturer of the 25 and earlier tanks? They too will work and yes they are soldered.

I don't have his name but he's in Arkansas, I believe - Donnie Brown knows him & he's on here - maybe he can supply it.

I don't know if there are differences in the '26 gas tank inlet looks like but this is from an earlier tank. It was soldered in. Something I can part with.
