gotta get busy and get our T back together

Post by thom » Sun Jan 19, 2020 1:16 am

I've been lazy, and busy with other things over the Christmas holidays and haven't got the new valves put in our '21 Touring yet. I have the head off and the old valves out already. The stems have been cut on the new valves and I have tried two or three and found that I will have enough adjustment with the adjustable lifters to set the clearance at the recommended gap. I just gotta get motivated and get-er-done!
I am supposed to take it to get the top kit, that I already have, installed when I get it running again.

It's probably SADD (seasonal depression disorder).
Yet, what does happen to the "spark" to keep at it/ get back to it sometimes?
Since I lost my mind mind, I feel more liberated
