We're not done yet. I made some server changes today to try to fix the "System Unavailable" errors everyone's been getting and have been on hold w/ the tech support guru's while they pour over our configs. Fingers crossed that we fixed it.
Everyone should have a little patience. This is complicated software and the internet isn't like your power company or land-line phone service - it's not always working the way we want it to. In fact, the Internet often breaks!! I should know - I helped design some of it back in the day. Lord help us...

I can't imagine anyone being more frustrated by these problems that our administrators. Yet they are very responsive and courteous through all of this. I almost hate to complain. ;O$
