More on this Model A. It was purchased new in September 1903. It’s an early production 8 hp car. A Binghamton NY article confirms the owner, cars and passengers were en route from Chicago to NY.

893 miles, divided by 25 mph, gives a total driving time of 36 hours, approximately. If they drove 10 hours per day, that would have been about 4 days total. Wonder if they ever had their trip written up in a newspaper?
I know the guy who took the Brush cross-country with his wife, drove every day from breakfast until dark. Those must have been some LONG trips. Wonder what the meals were like in restaurants at that time?
Also wonder how many flats they had en route?
