For Sale: Unfinished project with long racing history, looking for someone to finish the fine points and realize it's true potential.
This speedster build was started in the 1960's by Lemual Austin Pratt, a skilled machinist who worked for Offenhauser Racing. The engine was found in a barn in Blue Jay, California, still in the original wooden factory crate in cosmoline. This speedster is built on a Pinto Chassis and has a FRONENAC (Fronty) OHV Engine, 5 Buffalo Wire Wheels, 5 BRAND NEW TIRES, New Interstate Battery, New Wico magneto, New Oil Filter and bypass. This is a full-pressurized insert crank with domed high-compression pistons and a Model D Winfield Carburetor. Monicle Windsheild. This car is rolling history that needs some skilled mechanical work to fine-tune it to its full potential. Brakes are Pinto Drum Brakes and a three-speed transmission.
