FS Well restored 1927 Ford Touring.

Post by YellowTRacer » Tue Jun 22, 2021 2:41 am

Very nice older restoration. Dark Maroon body, black chassis, fenders and wheels. Is equipped with wire wheels, front and rear bumpers, chrome radiator shell and headlight rims, Ruckstell rear end, Rocky mountain brakes, Boyce Motometer. Engine has a distributer, water pump and a chrome ahooga horn. It has a side view mirror, rear view mirror, hand crank windshield wiper, running board step plates, white wall tires, Ford script spare tire cover, Ford script on the radiator core, leather crank holder, and it comes with a complete set of side curtains. The body is absolutely factory perfect, straight panels throughout. Fenders are near the same except for the left front. It has about a 2 inch long split on the outer edge "lip". Chrome on the radiator shell has some minor pitting. I tried to get a picture of it but it doesn't show in the picture. The car is a little dusty and needs a good dusting and polish job. And the white walls are almost yellow walls at this point, as they need a good cleaning. It runs extremely well, as it should. Just an all around great tour car. Price is $9,000.00. More pictures on request.

Ed:
are you reducing the Archer Stable or is this another orphan you are finding a home for? You may need to start an adoption agency. All kidding aside you can be sure that a car Ed is advertising is as represented, a very fair price, and he will go out of his way to help you.

No, Van not thinning out the herd but it's becoming a habit lately, very old friends, surviving relatives etc. call and ask if I'll help them with the remaining "family" car. Or as in this case, the owner has done so many favors for me, so I offered to help him sell his car. I think it's a great price and I just talked to a fellow from Florida and am holding it for him pending payment. Thanks for the nice comments
