WTB a Model T in central Florida.

Post by Channel1tv » Sun Oct 31, 2021 1:23 pm

Look to buy a Model T in the central Florida area. Not looking for a basket case, I have enough projects. Not running or needing work is fine. Prefer a touring but open to what you have.
Thanks!
Bryan

Did you see the 1919 Touring on jack stands in Daytona Beach CL? Lots of parts and supposed to be running when parked. Seems like fiar price, to me. It's on theis board, but no pics, but I think I found it on CL unless there is another one on jackstands and being sold as estate from uncle.
Why do we drive on parkways and park on driveways?

Sometimes they run.
Sometimes, they don't.

Here is the listing on the parts board. Asking $10k. Unclear what the CL listing is asking, but he has a lot of spare parts and duplicate parts that could be trade bait or sold to ffset the purchase price.

Thanks ya'll
I saw both of these. The price point is high considering they are not drivers, especially the red Fourdor with a possible locked up engine.
I follow FB, Craigs, Zbay etc. I love to get the non runners and bring them back. Kinda' additive. I do appreciate the eye's looking out, and thank you for all the tips and leads!!
Most Thankful,
Bryan

If you're worried what you're about to buy.
Find and join the local T club.
Let them know what you're looking for.
Someone just might be on the fence on selling and might be willing to send it to be the next chapter in another family's story.
Or they might have a line on one. A lot of T's change hands with out even making it to the classifieds.

OP, does this complete your search? Or are you interested in another possible vehicle to flip? I have a lead on one in the Bellview, FL area. You mentioned all the possible sources you search, so presume you are looking on this forum for bird dogs?

I am always interested in another T. Belleville is not far away from me. I will be gone this next week but for sure interested, it turns out that the one I had lined up was sold.

Might be interested except that he says it comes with original owner. I got enough mouths to feed as it is.

Were you able to find one? I currently have a 1927 Roadster that I am selling. It is in excellent condition! It has been sitting up a couple of years and needs carb work.
