Re: FS 27 FORDOOR
For what it's worth, I installed the Cartouche interior in this car. I removed the original 1927 Ford factory installed interior and did everything possible to replicate the original as possible. That means I corrected a few things that the kit supplier forgot.
I also installed the top and top underlayment. The padding is upholstery cotton on top of the muslin layer, as it was originally. Re-installed the original drip rails with the correct ends on the hidem welt front and rear.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions you might have regarding the top and upholstery on this car.
Regards,
Mike Spaziano

I went to look at this “closed car” on behalf of my always cold 93-year-old father. It’s a solid and respectable Model T build by a solid and respectable Model T-er. The interior is excellent and any blemishes on the exterior are so minor that they wouldn’t be worth fixing. It also has those mechanical upgrades that make it a good T for touring. I liked it but my father can’t make up his mind.
