Do you not have any "knowledgeable" Model T guys (or gals) nearby to verify you actually need everything on your "parts wanted" list ? Some parts are available new which prevents purchasing "used" parts that are beyond serviceable limits.

I have some stuff from Krull Estate
Differential case
Ring gear and Pinion several sets
Axle gears just 1 very nice looks NOS and another used
Pinion bearing spool many (free) and one that adjustable missing the rear bearing and lshaft lock
Break hub cam, left and right have both think 1 set is original NOS from Chaffins
Can send photos
The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.
