I need a front hub for a T wire wheel, does not have to be serviceable, only going to make a wheel paint fixture using an old spindle.

Jerry, I made one out of a junk front wheel drive hub from what I believe a GM product. Just went to a independent shop and asked to look at at their scrap hopper, GM 5 bolt has the same bolt pattern if I recall correctly. Then I just bolted it to a cheap engine stand head. Works good for truing and straightening also. Jim
P.S. I also drilled additional holes so I can move the studs and use it for model A wheels also.

Either a front hub or rear hub should do what you want to do. The GM front brg has the splines for driving. The rear in general doesn't. NDH Division of General Motors in Sandusky made millions of these. Up to,60,000 hub bearings per day.
