There's a product called "Brite Boy" that is the best thing I've found for brown brass. Available at janitorial supply stores. Contains ammonia, so I get it clean with Brite Boy and then maintain the shine with other products. Good luck.

Ketchup works great. Put it on an leave about 15 minutes and wash with soap and water. Polish by hand with brass polish.

I notice that it is for right hand drive auto. Most all the larger brass horns are for a right hand drive car. The double twist that was on my 1910 was upside down for years until I realized it was for a right hand drive. I was able to disassemble it and make into a proper left hand drive (it is a proper make for a T)
