STAUDE Mak-a-Tractor For Sale

Post by tom_strickling » Mon Jul 06, 2020 6:55 pm

I have a Staude Mak-a-Tractor for sale. The engine runs but has a knock in it. It has a new gas tank, rebuilt coils and NH carb, New angle brakets, rear axle and axle bearings. The radiator holds water. the iron lugs were removed so I put wood blocks on the wheels and screwed tire retread to the wood blocks.I have too much to remember invested. I am asking $4,800 OBO. Please note: The front wheels in the videos are not included in the sale, but it will have good wheels with tires for you when you come to pick it up.
It is currently located near Wheeling WV in 26038 Please email any questions to my yahoo account strickstuff.

I have attached 2 You Tube links.

Would this work with a T car? Say a Roadster body? Thanks Dan.

I don't know why it wouldn't. The pinions fit on the ford rear axle. You would probably have to adapt the angle bracket in the back some what to make it work. Staudes selling point back in the day was a tractor through the week and your Ford car on the weekend. They were made to swap on and off as needed.
