Here is a really nice, polished brass, monocle windshield. This appears to be a very well made, older reproduction. It is polished brass and finished (not a raw casting and there are no rough casting areas). A newer piece of safety glass has been installed. All it needs is a bit of hand polishing to bring it back to A-1 condition or leave the light tarnish and enjoy as-is.
The mounting bracket has a round hole, so it you are going to use it on a Model T, you will have to modify the ID to fit a T steering column which could be easily accomplished. The glass is about 14 1\2 " diameter, the overall height from the top of the glass to the bottom of the mounting bracket is about 21 1\2" tall and the mounting bracket has a 2" ID mounting hole. It is made to be adjustable and has matching brass acorn nuts.
A great item for early speedsters or racers.

How would you modify the mounting bracket to fit a Model T? I have a 1925 T Speedster and Monocle would look good. Just not sure how to modify the bracket to fit the steering column of the T.
Thanks,
Rick
