1913-14 wide 'southern' tread chassis

F.Y.I., I've been informed by a friend (who has more projects than one could finish in a lifetime) that he has a 13-14 wide tread chassis that he is going to sell. I have no connection to the sale other than mentioning it, here. I plan to visit him, tomorrow and hope to take pictures to post.
