Complete steering column. Has the small horn wire tube.
The column itself is nice shape and mounting flange looks good. Screw holes for horn button on top side. It looks like it has never been apart. The lower frame mounting bracket is trash but I do have another T-932-B bracket that comes with it. I guess this could have been used in 1915 also, although not really sure.
